Michelle Goodrick is the only Yamuna Body Rolling instructor in Seville who has completed both phases of this intense and very transformative discipline.
Yamuna Body Rolling is a revolutionary technique developed in New York that combines the techniques of massage and Yoga with the power of breath in order to create a unique experience that is able to produce notable changes in the body and levels of energy after just one session.Using specially designed balls of various size and density combined with a series of specific routines, students learn how to use the weight of their own body, combined with the power of their breath, to relieve stress and pain throughout the entire body.
The basis of the process starts with stimulation of the bone thereby creating a chain reaction that releases tendon and muscle. Through Yamuna Body Rolling space is created where knots or blockages of muscle, bone or scar tissue create pain and restriction of movement.
Through the process of stimulating the bone, the origin of muscle pain is addressed and the muscle and tendon relaxed. By following specific routines that move from insertion point to insertion point of the bone and muscle, an instant improvement in the freedom of movement and permanent changes in the bone, tendon muscle and the entire body as well as an increase in levels of energy can be felt and enjoyed.
