Small Group Yoga Classes - Goodyoga

Michelle of Good Yoga keeps teaches reduced class sizes so that the teacher is able to support, evaluate and correct each posture in order to provide a class tailored to the needs of each student.

Blocks, belts, chairs, blankets….are used with the objective of realizing each posture correctly whatever may be the level of strength or flexibility of the student. The idea that each Yoga pose should be realized correctly is fundamental to the philosophy of Good Yoga so that each student is able to enjoy the full benefits of each pose to the best o their ability. It is for this reason that the teacher is always aware of each student in each class, providing corrections and suggestions throughout the session so that each student learns how to connect the mind, body and breath in the most efficient and effective way possible.
