Though Good Yoga classes are small in comparison to Yoga classes in a gym or large studio, nothing compares to the one on one attention that is provided in the private yoga classes / sessions of Good Yoga. Michelle assesses the needs of each individual student and tailors various psycho-physiological approaches, somatic routines and postures so that each student leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Furthermore, as practice is the basis of Yogic philosophy, students go home with the knowledge necessary to continue the practice on their own. This approach empowers students and puts them on the fast track to overall health and improvement.
Depending on the needs and desires of each student Michelle focuses her classes around the techniques of Yoga Therapy, Marma Therapy (Indian Pressure Point Therapy) Yamuna Body Rolling, Somatic Experience, Iyengar Yoga Methodology and personalized “mindfulness” visualizations and meditations.
